The restaurant with history which was set in the overhauled pavilion “Silkworm breeding”
Ottepel is the restaurant with history which was set in the overhauled pavilion “Silkworm breeding.” The open bricklaying, big panoramic windows, monumental colonnades of the central hall pay tribute to the history of the pavilion of 1956. In every detail of the interior there was preserved the reminder of that period. In winter time it is nice to warm up having a cup of tea and admiring the views of the snow-covered park, and in summer time, to relax on the veranda and afterwards to have a stroll up to the Green Theatre.
The chef is Andrey Mamontov. Under the sway of the Chef Andrey Mamontov the restaurantare presently Ottepel. Playing with different ingredients and tastes, persistence and diligence, as well as his unique capability to create work of art on the plate – these are greater advantages of our chef! But better come to taste and evaluate!
